HOW TO ORDER

To alleviate the problem of carrying large sums of cash on board, we offer our clients full credit facilities.

At the bottom of this page, you’ll find links to both an online credit application form or, alternatively, a downloadable pdf, which you can complete and fax back to us.

Please be assured that both methods are secure and that any information supplied will be treated in the strictest confidence.

On receipt of the completed form, we will set up an account and advise you when it has been activated, at which point all you will need to do is supply us with the details of your requirement. We’ll do the rest.

When you do place an order enquiry, we require the following information :

Contact information
Vessel name
Port
Supply date
Fuel requirement
Oil requirement

Additional information specific to individual orders may be required, at which point we will ask the relevant questions and guide you through the options.

We will then check quality and availability of product before coming back to you with a competitive full service price.

When an order is placed we will make all the necessary arrangements to ensure you enjoy a smooth and timely fuelling. We send out a ‘Confirmation of Sale’ before the delivery outlining all that has been discussed and agreed with additional documents if available (for example a fuel specification report).

All you are required to do is sign for the agreed volume received on board after the delivery has been completed. Shortly afterwards we will forward an invoice with our bank details for payment by telegraphic transfer within the agreed credit terms.
